With an unbiased and keen sense of perspective these are the facilitators of the other two departments. It is here that the general strategies are set for the other departments. Within which, each department can utilize their specialties and execute their own unique tactics to see it towards success. They also act as mediators between the two departments to alleviate the strain or any potential conflict-of-ideals between, essentially, two generally different thought processes. Although both departments may initiate their own projects with administrative approval, the Administrative Department can set larger scale objectives. Given either option, the departments can look to the Administration for communications, finances, or other resources to expedite and complete any objectives.
