Networking, planning, building, and overall... making things happen! This is the backbone of the organization, the workhorse, the "can do" people. Without them, there is no progress. They will handle general projects such as concerts, fundraisers, construction, etc. The Operations department will likely hold the bulk of the membership and initiate the majority of operations as this is for anyone with any trade skill such as automobiles, carpentry, welding, etc. Should one have no skills to speak of, there are still ways they can contribute to a project through labor or other means. That being said, if there's something one would like to know in the industrial fields, this would be the likely place to learn it through using the Operation's Industrial Workshops.
